Intense ruby red colour. "2017" is a blockbuster packed of vivacious and fruity aromas of strawberry and rapsberry flavours. Elegant, silky and lithe, it displays a supple palate with a lovely forthright minerally finish and balancing acidity. Full bodied with a good structure, savoury notes, utterly refreshing.
Wine pairing:
A very versatile food wine. It's great with poultry, tuna, lamb, pork loin, veal, and vegetable dishes, mushroom risotto, shabu shabu beef, this smooth red will make a fine partner to your sunday roast.
