Olive grove

The estate also boasts a 600 olive trees orchard, it is an old tradition here, in Coussergues. Situated between the house and an old sheep pen, it gives to the landscape a Mediterranean looks.

These "Cailletier" olives produce more than 1500 litres of fruity and ardent oil, cultivated without any treatment
