Tasting notes :

Dense robe, deep crimson-purple, intense, has a complex array of potent black fruits (black currant) with touches of spice and toasted notes of cedar and incense, but has impeccable balance and texture, the tannins ripe and silky, the black fruits still driving the wine with energy.

Food pairing:

Serve with grilled red meat, poultry, mushroom risotto, meatballs with pasta, steak pie, hachis parmentier (meat pie), pâtés, raost lamb, venison, cheeses (Brie, Camembert)

Approacheble now, can be laid down for up to 8-10 years.

Recommended serving temperature: 18°C
