Sweet notes of candied fruit (strawberry, black currant), butterscotch, black pepper, expanding to graphite, smoky and garrigue (scrubland) herbs aromas.
Dark Robe, deep with garnet tints.
Mouth melting on the attack, increasing in volume with a good tannic texture on the finish.
Food pairing:
A great wine pairing wonderfully with feathered game, truffled chiken pot pie, roasted pollock.
Approachable now, can be kept 7/8 years.
Recommended serving temperature: 18°
