Tasting notes :

Red wine blend with origins in Bordeaux's Right Bank. Both grape complementary features. Merlot provides most of the fruit characteristics of the bland, lifted by Carbernet Franc. This wine exhibits a dark plum/garnet colour, and a big sweet kiss of black currants and cherries with hints of roasted herbs and soil/earthy overtones. The sweetness of the tannins, medium to full-bodied mouthfeel, and lush, beautiful texture suggest a wine to drink now and over the next 5 years.

Refreshing wine that leaves you wanting another glass.

Food pairing:

Braised lamb with truffles, spinach loaf. Cheese, blue cheese, gorgonzola, gouda, wensleydale...

Drinkable now, can be kept 3-4 years.

Recommended serving temperature: 15°C
