Alc: 12,5%

Vinification :

Night harvest. Destemming, pneumaticpress, soft light crushing at 7-8°C, alcoholic fermentation at low temperature, ageing in tanks.

 

Tasting notes:

Forward, open and aromatic wine, with expression of ripe stone fruit, apricot and peach with a mineral finish. Lively acidity, full and creamy body, has substance and length.

Refreshing wine that leaves you wanting another glass.

Food pairing:

on its own, as an aperitif, excellent with cooked seafood, flexible with a wide range of food, way beyond seafood, Zuppa di vongole (clam soup), goat cheese, rocket & walnut salad, crispy garlic and chili prawns, avocado and tofu salad, gyoza, fish tacos, conchitas a la parmesana, deep fried calamari salad, grilled green-lipped mussels, falafel with tabbouleh.
